Lawanda has served in various capacities at Delta Specialty Hospital, which are that of a Therapist, Utilization Review Coordinator, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Risk Management and currently Cheif Operating Officer. She has vast experience not only in inpatient/outpatient psychiatry but med surge, rehabilitation/disability services, hospice, public health, substance abuse, youth offender services, and development of transitional students. Her mission is to aid in enhancing the lives of others.
